Her children are aged 9 years old, 7 years old, 3 years old and 2 months old. She wishes to improve her health and increase her level of physical activity.  Since her first pregnancy, due to a lack of time and energy, Marjorie has never managed to reintegrate physical activity into her routine. Now that her family is “complete”, she wants to change her lifestyle and improve her physical fitness. Further, she wants to set an example for her children, to encourage them to be active.   How do you advise this mother, whose youngest child is only two months old?
